Leigh Canlis is a Seattle Real Estate Broker with Windermere Real Estate Midtown who combines executive-level marketing expertise with strategic real estate representation. Before becoming a broker, Leigh spent more than a decade helping shape the Pacific Northwest’s luxury real estate industry. She was recruited by the Jacobis, owners of Windermere Real Estate, to serve as Vice President of the company’s luxury division, where she created and launched the W Collection, Windermere’s ultra-luxury marketing platform. She later worked as a strategic branding and business development consultant for many of Windermere’s luxury brokers before being recruited in 2022 to serve as Chief Marketing Officer of John L. Scott Real Estate, leading a company-wide brand refresh.

Today, Leigh represents buyers and sellers throughout Seattle, with a primary focus on Queen Anne and additional experience in Magnolia, Capitol Hill, Madison Park, and surrounding neighborhoods. She specializes in historic homes, architecturally significant properties, luxury residences, and thoughtfully designed condominiums. Her lifelong appreciation for and experience in design, art, and architecture shape the way she advises clients, helping them recognize value, envision potential, and position distinctive homes for maximum impact. Since joining Windermere, Leigh has closed approximately $25 million in residential sales, averaging more than $12 million annually with an average sale price of over $1million. She was recognized as a Five Star Rising Star Real Estate Agent in both 2025 and 2026 and has been featured in more than 100 local and national media stories for her expertise in luxury marketing, branding, business strategy, art and real estate.
